1. Scholar Goverment

The scholar goverment is an instrument for participation, for the commitment with the comunity, for the construction and contribution of the school.

  A. Scholar Goverment Organs

In the Cedhu the schoolar goverment is conformed by the following organs in according with the stablished decree 1860 in the articles 20, 21, 23 - 31:
  • Superior Council:


Presided by the manager as maxim authority. the council is conformed by the joint of owners, which is in charge of decide how would be handle the school. also it decides which of his members should be on the other schoolar goverments organs.
 

  • Managing Director:


First authority of the administrative and financial management; It is responsible for all processes to support the academic administration, it would take decisions related with the administration of the physical plant, financial resources, properties and employment adjusted to the goals, objectives and guidelines contained in the institutional educational project and the statutes of the entity that owns the property to provide public service of education.
It could participate in the  in the discussions directive council with voice but no vote.


  • Principal:
First authority in the academic administration, representative of the establishment  in front of the educative authorities and executor of the decisions of the school government.

  • Quality Coordinator:
Representative of the superior council, responsible for directing the design, implementation, evaluation and development of the quality management system.

  • Academic Coordinator:
Is responsible for the generation of guidelines and strategies that contribute to improving the quality of the academic procedures, through the consolidation of contributions and proposals from all the educational community. (Students,  parents, directors, teachers, administrative staff and general services).

  • Behavioral Coordinator:
Performs the functions of a counselor for personal development, a companion  in the experience of values,  a confronter of the actions, a help in the clarification of values ​​and a mediator in the decisions.


  • Schoolar Counselor (Psychologist):
Professional who has the knowledge and skills on cognitive, moral, social and psychological development to help the students on the their daily work.


  • Directive Council:
Governing body of the school community involvement and academic and administrative stablishment.
