INSTANCES OF PARTICIPATION IN THE STUDENT GOVERMENT

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM


In all the history of Cedhu School we have been witness of the election of a representative of the students and a representative of the teachers, these elections have been done through of an electoral ballots, in company of the voting tables and that is how we can see the waste of paper used for ballots.


In a second stance has shown the tedium that creates from part of the juries the counting of votes and the difficulties to do this because are 550 students that have the right to vote.






OBJECTIVES




GENERAL OBJECTIVES


Create a software for the service of the educative community which allows vote on a fast an easy way so it can generate a quick counting of votes.




SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES

• Provide the school with this software which it will be at its service and facilitate the electoral process.

• Realize campaigns of conscientization about the functions and responsabilities of different members and electors of the scholar government.

JUSTIFICATION




The starting point of this project begins when we see the need to make conscience on the school in respect the responsibility to choose the representative of students and the representative of teachers at levels of participation of the government school and the importance and commitment with the environment by saving paper and ink which are used for the realization of the electoral ballots and other documents that are used for the elections on the school.
